Responsibilities
Nicola heads up both the London private client team and the private client sports and media group. She has extensive experience in providing tax and estate planning solutions to wealthy individuals and their families involving the following practice areas:
- Wills, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts
- Capital Tax Planning
- Business protection planning for owner managed businesses
- Probate
- Affairs of the Elderly/Court of Protection
- Charities and private charitable foundations
- International transaction requiring a Notary Public
Profile
Qualified as both a solicitor and notary public, Nicola completed her degree in European Commercial Law at Sussex University in 1997, before training with Thomson, Snell & Passmore in Tunbridge Wells. On qualifying in 2000, she moved to Farrer & Co in London - a blue chip private client practice. Nicola joined Thomas Eggar in 2005 and was made a partner in 2007.Achievements & other appointments
