Responsibilities
- Strategic and general corporate commercial advice to key decision makers and owner managers of SME's (including change management for family owned SME's)
- Advice on legal issues relating to commercialisation of products and services
- Drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, including joint ventures
- Business and company acquisitions and disposals, including exit planning and strategic reviews
- Particular focus on businesses in the Aviation, Travel and Leisure sector and dynamic/fast growing businesses

Profile
Dawn gained a 2.1 Honours Degree from Kingston University before completing her professional examinations at Guildford College of Law with distinction. Dawn is also a fully qualified Notary Public. Before joining the firm in 1998, Dawn worked for a leading helicopter operator.Types of client
