Responsibilities

Danos is a corporate finance lawyer who specialises in mergers and acquisitions, MBO's, BIMBO's, disposals, corporate structuring, syndicated finance, bank funding and joint ventures across a broad range of industries. He has particular experience in the care home, insurance, aviation and off-shore unit trust sectors. Danos has a reputation for efficient deal project management and swift and satisfactory closings.

Profile

After obtaining a 2:1 degree in modern languages and business studies at the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth, Danos went on to complete the CPE at Sussex University and the LPC at the College of Law, Guildford. He qualified in 2002 after completing his training with asb law, becoming an Associate in 2005. He joined Thomas Eggar in 2006.
