Jill Goldman gave an interview on Southern Counties Radio on 29 August, commenting on how the credit crunch has affected the divorce rate. For those that are concerned about keeping their assets together, they may work harder on their marriages to avoid spending a fortune on legal fees or sharing assets with a wife or husband they've fallen out with, however, lack of money also puts a strain on relationships. Jill detailed that she has seen an increase in those undergoing mediation which is a more cost effective and speedier process than going through the Courts.
