We help individuals with their employment law issues. We commonly advise on contracts of employment that an employee might be about to sign when starting a job. We assist employees on treatment received at work, for example, with problems about on unfair treatment, working time, contract, whistleblowing or discrimination issues.

Of course, we also act for individuals at Employment Tribunals, after their employment has ended. We can file the initial papers at the Employment Tribunal, manage the whole process - advising you fully along the way - and appearing at the hearing as your advocate.

We regularly advise employees on Compromise Agreements, explaining the legal implications and negotiating better terms.
