From M4
- Leave the M4 at Junction 13, (signed Newbury, Oxford, A34 and Chieveley Services) and join the A34 for Newbury, passing Chieveley Services on the left hand side.
- Branch left onto the A339 (signed Newbury and Thatcham)
- Go straight across the first roundabout passing teh Vodafone HQ on your left, and at the Robin Hood roundabout (junction with A4), continue ahead through two sets of traffic lights
- Continue on the A339 to the next roundabout (Sainsburys on the left) and take the third exit onto Bear Lane
Bear left at the traffic lights onto Cheap Street - As the road bends round the corner onto Market Street, take the first left (which is a continuation of Cheap Street, signposted for the railway station)
- Take the first left, Kings Road West, and follow the road all the way round the left hand bend
- Newbury House is on the left hand side
From M3/Winchester
- Leave the M3 at Junction 9, (signed The Midlands, Newbury and A34) and join the A34 for Newbury, (keep in the left hand lane after leaving the motorway junction as the right hand lane joins the A33 from Basingstoke)
- Continue towards Newbury
- Leave the A34 at the junction with the B4640 (Tot Hill Services)
- Continue towards Newbury passing through Newtown, and at the roundabout with the A339 turn left towards Newbury
- Continue ahead over the next two roundabouts, at the third roundabout take the first exit onto Bear Lane
- Bear left at the traffic lights onto Cheap Street As the road bends round the corner onto Market Street, take the first left (which is a continuation of Cheap Street, signposted for the railway station)
- Take the first left, Kings Road West, and follow the road all the way round the left hand bend
- Newbury House is on the left hand side
