Directions from the M25
- Leave the M25 at junction 10
- Take the A3 southbound heading towards Guildford
- South of Guildford, at the Milford turning, take the A283 to Petworth
- At Petworth take the A285 to Chichester
- Continue on the A285 through Halnaker, and join the A27 towards Chichester and Portsmouth
- At the first large roundabout, turn right onto the A285, and turn left at the next roundabout still remaining on the A285
- Continue to Eastgate Square, and at the junction with Market Road continue straight ahead onto East Street
- Take the second left into Baffins Lane
- Thomas Eggar is situated on the left-hand side
From the Eastbound A27
- Take the A27 westbound towards Chichester
- Continue to the roundabout junction with the A285
- Follow from point 6, as above
From the Westbound A27
- Take the A27 eastbound towards Chichester
- Continue onto the Chichester by-pass
- At the roundabout with the A286, turn left towards Chichester town centre
- Continue over the railway, join the one-way system turning right into Market Avenue
- Continue along Eastgate Square, and at the junction turn left into East Street
- Take the second left into Baffins Lane
- Thomas Eggar is situated on the left-hand side
