You've worked hard to develop your knowledge. Now it's time to get some real experience and exposure. As a Thomas Eggar LLP trainee, you'll have the chance to make a real contribution.
Our trainees get to know more about our firm than any other group. You'll have the chance to work in different areas of the law, moving from office to office, getting hands-on experience on everything from court appearances and client interviews to research and drafting.
You'll get to socialise with everyone from fee earners to partners, and work with some of our biggest clients. If you rise to the challenge, you may well be offered a permanent position before your training is up.
We have two intakes of trainees each year in March and September. We also run a limited one-week summer placement scheme.
Your degree doesn't have to be in law, but you'll need to have achieved a 2:1 or higher.
Thomas Eggar LLP revolves around relationships. We work together in teams, and we deliver exceptional, personal service to our customers. We look for people with a balance of business acumen, common sense and social skills. Hardworking, approachable and disciplined people.
