Thomas Eggar have five Notaries covering the South East region. The service level we aim to provide our corporate clients includes:

• Bespoke notarial certificates to ensure the documents are acceptable to the receiving country/entity
• Liaison with overseas lawyers when required
• Coordination of other parties such as Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Embassy/Consulate when necessary

Should you require a notary for project based work we can offer access to our notaries on a retainer basis for as long as required.

To avoid missing a vital deadline, come to us at your earliest possible convenience since some countries require more than a notary's signature and seal. Further authentication from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office or applicable Consulate may be needed.
