We also work with tour operators and travel agents, travel and holiday service companies, hotel chains and operators, leisure companies and restaurant chains.

International Aviation

We have a team of lawyers with expertise in the acquisition, leasing and disposal of aircraft, engines and spares. In addition, our London based team provide project management and facilitation services for new airline start-ups, most recently in respect of Arik Air, the new domestic airline in Nigeria (link to press release).
